Martial Boot Camp is based on high intensity physical conditioning using martial arts related exercises. Classes are 1.5 hours long and students can expect 35 minutes of physical conditioning and 30 minutes of high intensity technical martial work. Classes are rounded off with deep breathing exercises, guided stretching, and a proper cool down period. This class excludes weight training from the program. Students can expect the class to be run like a boot camp. Prior martials arts experience is not required of students. Please note this is an adults only program and is restricted to students 16 years or older.
Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30am – 8:00am, and on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Schedule is subject to change, please contact instructor for changes.

Instructor Olivier Lunardi-Dussault has been a martial arts practitioner for more than 12 years. Along with his martial arts practice, Olivier draws on 10 years of gymnastics experience and his time in the stunt and film industry to help build the Martial Boot Camp curriculum.
